We designed the Lincoln with one primary goal in mind: maximize square footage while maintaining a smaller footprint. At 38 feet wide and 52 feet deep, the Lincoln is deceptively compact. Inside, you'll find 1865 square feet of comfortable living space.

So, how did we do it? The second story is nestled right into the roofline, occupying the space most floor plans dedicate to the attic (with no compromises in the headroom).
